Colin Thacker-Pugsley

A graduate of The School of Coaching, Colin has coached senior leaders across business and local authority sectors.

As an active member of the Advanced Driving Institute he has applied his skills to driving instruction and qualified as an ADI.

Colin’s motivation is to help reduce the appalling number of deaths and injuries sustained whilst driving.

He believes attitudinal training is the key and achieves this through coaching combined with instruction.

Experienced in pubic speaking and a training course leader/facilitator, he represented the Wiltshire and Swindon Safety Camera Partnership when the BBC News ran a feature about the workshops in 2008.

Alan Percival

Alan gained his Certificate of Education and B.Ed degree from Loughborough Colleges.

Following several years as a successful teacher Alan changed career to work within global healthcare companies with responsibility for UK Sales and Service.

During his twenty years in industry as a senior manager, Alan was responsible for introducing and implementing driving programmes for his managers and their staff.

Over the last eight years Alan has been working in driver training and gained qualifications as an ADI and Fleet Trainer.

Alan is a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, Chairman for the Swindon Drivers Instructors Association and a tutor for Wiltshire Speed Awareness Workshops.
